Half-elf noble, captured along with his aide Aric Blacktree and held in the Tower of Scars by the Order of the Emerald Claw, rescued on the Day of Mourning by the adventuring party. He has returned to Sharn to become the Lord-Mayor, and has used his considerable political clout to stage a grand day of celebration, the Day of Remembrance, to commemorate the end of the Last War and the peace that has come about because of it.
